Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) is a fat-soluble vitamin that regulates calcium in the body and supports healthy bones and teeth. The human body makes most of its own vitamin D by converting sunshine into chemicals the body can use. Vitamin D3 is the closest form to what sunlight naturally produces in the body and is four times more effective than vitamin D2. Vitamin D3 also helps to support the immune system and to maintain healthy brain function.

I was dairy free for a long time. I live in nyc and wanted something Organic quick to add to add coffee tea and cereals that has a long shelf life and wasn’t a nut or coconut product.and not low fat ( my mom used to use “alba” and I just can’t.... I would like to look into more of the processing and could speak more to that at a later date - but over all - loving it
