Ships within 24 Hours or Faster!

Most orders ship same day, however you may expect that your order will go out within 24 hours of placement. Please allow 1 day for handling, however orders purchased in the morning or before 2pm CST may go out immediately.

All orders are professionally packed in a food-handler certified facility and items are guaranteed to be fresh and free from contaminants.

International Duties & Taxes: You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country, in addition to the actual shipping cost. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you, as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, you should always contact your local customs office for any further information.

Processing time is for business days: Mon-Fri excluding holidays and weekends.

Free Shipping:

Free Shipping is for MOST orders and ONLY applies to orders within the Continental USA. The shipping speed is USPS First Class, Economy or Ground.

In the event of a product return that is not the fault of QC Unlimited, LLC dba Prescribed For Life, the shipping costs will be calculated and deducted from the refund.

Any back-ordered item(s) in your purchase will be shipped to you separately when they become available and at no additional cost to the buyer.

International Shipping:

At this time, all international order are shipped via USPS or UPS.

IMPORTANT: Should a customer select the Least Expensive delivery option, USPS First Class Mail International, USPS does NOT offer any tracking information and the package could be delayed by that Country’s Customs Office for up to 40 Days. USPS will NOT consider the package lost, until the expiration of 40 days. USPS only tracks such packages to the bordering US state that the package departs from.  There is NO insurance or protection for the loss or non-delivery of the package to the customer, should the customer select this form of delivery. There is NOTHING that QC Unlimited, LLC dba Prescribed For Life OR USPS can do to assist the customer, once the package has left the USA. Even though, we have experienced a 95% success rate for completed delivery, there is still a 5% risk of package loss therefore, we Do Not recommend using this method of delivery, unless the customer is willing to assume ALL risks of product and payment loss!

Rates vary based on total weight and its final destination.

**Pricing does not include duties, insurance costs, value-added taxes or clearing charges. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed by the local Customs office or carrier/brokerage.**

Please note that refunds will not be issued for any order that is refused or abandoned by the intended recipient, orders that can't be delivered due to an address error, or orders seized by Customs.

Shipping Cut Off Time:

Our cut off time to ship items is 2pm CST.  Any order that is placed after 2pm that day will require 1-2 business days starting on the NEXT day. For example; If you place your order on Monday at 12:01pm, it may require processing on Tuesday and Wednesday before it ships.

We aim to ship orders as quickly as possible. Often times we ship your item the very same day. So, why the policy? We want to make sure that we do not create a false expectation to our valued clients. We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you in the best possible way.

Additional Shipping Details:

Orders to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO are sent via USPS only.

Any order that is abandoned or missed delivery will incur a 20% Restocking Fee and the deduction of the Original Shipping Fee, from the credit issued, if returned to our warehouse

Back-Ordered Items:

All in-stock products generally ship within 24-48 hours of the order being placed. When available, the back-ordered item(s) will ship. Domestic backordered items are usually shipped within 3-7 business days.

Back-Ordered Items (International):

Any backorder item will delay your international delivery unless you contact QC Unlimited, LLC dba Prescribed For Life at 1-830-990-4488. Your order will be automatically shipped when all the products are available.

If You do not wish to be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, please do not submit Your order. All sales of Products are final.

WARRANTY & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: QC UNLIMITED, LLC DBA PRESCRIBED FOR LIFE, WARRANTS THAT THIS PRODUCT WILL BE MERCHANTABLE AND FREE FROM MATERIAL DEFECTS. QC UNLIMITED, LLC MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  IN THE EVENT THAT THIS PRODUCT IS FOUND TO BE DEFECTIVE, QC UNLIMITED, LLC’S SOLE RESPONSIBILITY SHALL BE TO EITHER REFUND THE PURCHASE PRICE FOR THE PRODUCT OR REPLACE IT WITH A PRODUCT FREE OF DEFECTS, AT QC UNLIMITED, LLC’S OPTION.  QC UNLIMITED, LLC SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE RESULTING FROM THE IMPROPER USE OF THIS PRODUCT, QC UNLIMITED, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFITS OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
