Refund policy

Company Return & Exchange Policy:

Should your situations conform to a positive condition for authorization to return/exchange, we will be happy to assist with your request. If an error was done on our part, we will be happy to offer a product return/exchange and refund, regardless of the policy statement below.

Only items pre-approved by us, for return and/or exchange, will be accepted and credited when returned.

Only items that are un-opened and unused will be considered for return and/or exchange. Item MUST arrive to us in good, resalable condition or credit and/or exchange will NOT be allowed.

Some Nutritional Supplements, that may be subject to deterioration, due to repeated exposure to extreme temperatures, during time in transport, may NOT be allowed to be returned and/or exchanged.

Returns will only be accepted for unopened packages still with original seal and must be completely unused and non-tampered with. Returns bear a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount within 30 days of purchase, plus the original cost of shipping will also be deducted from the refund total due to the Free Shipping Promotion.

If you have an account with us, your loyalty with be rewarded. Many times, we offer a store credit to cover the restocking fee on returned items for our regular customers. This is a case by case basis, however we do whatever we can to make our loyal customers happy.

(The restocking fee covers our cost of labor incurred in preparation of your order, packaging materials, processing the return, receiving the return, adding the item back into accounting inventory and then restocking the product on the shelf).

Proper packaging and return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the returning party. We do NOT pay for, nor do we offer credit for, the outbound shipping and/or return shipping charges.

NOTE: According to the FDA, nutritional supplements and/or dietary aids can NOT offer guaranteed results or any degree of performance. To do so, would classify the natural substance as a drug and would therefore, require a physicians prescription and controlled dispensing. The purchaser and/or consumer accepts full responsibility to follow suggested use and/or to modify use to obtain desired results, with the understanding that every individual has a varying capacity or potential of success and/or failure from the consumption of natural supplementation. There are far too many variables in the health, diet and lifestyle of individuals, which would preclude the ability to guarantee the effectiveness of any natural supplement. We do not offer drugs, nor do we provide any guarantee of performance and/or results from any Nutritional/Dietary product that we offer for sale.

Upon receipt of your authorized returned product, in our facility, we will complete the request.

Although, we try to process and ship all orders, received by 2 pm CST, on the same day that they are received, we reserve the right, regardless of ship speed, to have a 1-2 day processing time. Our orders are hand-packed with care and not simply taken off a shelf, hence the need for a processing time.

Typical processing times during busy periods (holidays, super sales, etc.) may require 2-3 business days. 

Expedited Orders (UPS Next Day, 3 Day, 2 Day, FedEx Overnight, USPS Express, etc.):

We try our hardest to move expedited orders to the front of the line. However, we cannot guarantee this will occur. The 1-2 day processing time still applies.

Return Policy:

We are dedicated to offering you the best value and service.  Due to the nature of natural products, items may not be eligible for a return due to subjective customer experiences (ie. Didn't like the taste, color, smell). In addition, open products cannot be returned as these items are considered food sources and we cannot resell. Only unopened items can be returned. If you are unsure of a purchase, please contact us prior to your purchase, to discuss your concerns. Food items cannot be returned once opened.

Return Period:

All customers have 30 days from receiving the product to bring up any dispute and request a return authorization.

Return fees:

If an item is returned due to a customer error or if the order is unclaimed (missed delivery attempts), then the customer is responsible for return shipping charges and a 15% Restocking Fee and the deduction of the original shipping cost, if not pre-paid by the customer.

If an item is being returned due to a QC Unlimited, LLC dba Prescribed For Life error, the customer need only return the product for a full refund or an exchange without penalty.

All returns must be pre-authorized. Any return that arrives to QC Unlimited, LLC dba Prescribed For Life, without pre-written authorization will be considered an abandoned order and no refund will be issued.
