suspect is a great supplement for bones

Bought to help build bone; replace some CA supplements. Probably is a great supplement, but I can't tolerate magnesium in any form. Have currently settled on a multivit that has 4 mg of magnesium in it... and I poop from that! I can't titrate this Aquamin product that small and still get a dose of CA. I'm keeping it. If ever I have constipation, this is what I'll reach for. If you're in my position, consider food grade diatomaceous earth as a mineral supplement. It makes no claims to supplying calcium, but sure heals toothaches fast. I suspect it is an effective calcium supplement.

Very convenient

I like this product, its very convenient that you only add several grams it to the drink and you'll get what you need for the whole day. This will save the trouble of swallowing several big calcium tablets to get your daily need.

Great Mineral Complex Rich in Calcium and Many Other Minerals with Very High Bioavailability

Looking for a new calcium supplement, l learned about Aquamin in an online forum. Aquamin is not only a good source of calcium, it also contains iron, zinc, magnesium and over 70 trace minerals essential for healthy bones. Aquamin is derived from a seaweed native near the Irish coast and thus its containing minerals are highly bio-available. Of course, it's too little time for me to say I feel a difference compared with my former supplement but there's lot of research and scientific papers backing up Aquamin's benefits.

I bought it in bulk powder to save significantly. I received my package in perfect condition in a very sturdy zip lock bag. I think Aquamin, derived from a natural, living source, is way better than a conventional mineral supplement with lower bioavailability usually sourced from "dead" rock and without trace-minerals.

Besides, algae calcium actually improves bone density as proven by studies whereas milk actually causes osteoporosis. If you don't believe that, check in which countries we see the highest rates of osteoporosis: in countries where milk is drunk the most. So, think twice before wasting your hard earned cash another gallon of "heathy" milk.
