Stevia is a natural sweetener and sugar alternative that is naturally sweeter than sugar. There is no promotion of tooth decay when using Stevia and there are ZERO calories per serving! Stevia is a natural sweetener that comes from the stevia plant that can easily be used in foods and beverages. Stevia does not create blood sugar spikes and is safe for those with blood sugar imbalances or sensitive to artificial sweeteners. This ingredient may be added to foods and beverages or smoothies and green drinks. It is a green powder that has no fillers, additives or preservatives. Do not confuse this product with the more common stevia extract, as this is the ground up leaf and not the white concentrated extract that is typically used for sweetening coffee, tea and baked goods. Please perform additional research as to what uses are better suited for this ground-leaf green version of stevia as opposed to the white extract normally found in supermarkets.

I was dairy free for a long time. I live in nyc and wanted something Organic quick to add to add coffee tea and cereals that has a long shelf life and wasn’t a nut or coconut product.and not low fat ( my mom used to use “alba” and I just can’t.... I would like to look into more of the processing and could speak more to that at a later date - but over all - loving it
