I have thyroid issues, and all the medical personnel I see give me no options for improvement as my labs are 'normal'. The USDA daily recommendation for Iodine is 150 micrograms I believe, which is far below the MILLIGRAM levels ingested safely by some populations through seaweed and other seafoods. Dietary and other uses (topical wound care) would have been fairly expensive with pre-mixed solutions. I am buying a milligram scale and plan to make my own. Wish me luck! and Godspeed your own health journey, wherever you are on the path.

I was dairy free for a long time. I live in nyc and wanted something Organic quick to add to add coffee tea and cereals that has a long shelf life and wasn’t a nut or coconut product.and not low fat ( my mom used to use “alba” and I just can’t.... I would like to look into more of the processing and could speak more to that at a later date - but over all - loving it
