MethylFolate (L) - Natural 5-MethylTetraHydroFolate Vitamin B-9 Pure Folic Acid Concentrated Powder (5-MTHF), is a biologically active form of Vitamin B-9. L-MethylFolate is required by the body to help calm the nervous system, reduce symptoms of depression, and improve neurological function. 5-MethylTetraHydroFolate is also a strong and active form of Folic Acid, so may assist greatly with pregnancy and to reduce complications during gestation and birth. This ingredient may be added to foods and beverages or smoothies and green drinks. It is a pure concentrated powder with no fillers or additives. PFL Non-GMO Pesticide Free powder extracts are not ETO Treated or Gamma Irradiated. Some typically gummy, oily or damp extracts require an anti-caking agent to maintain its powder form. This product contains no added ingredients and is the purest and most active form of Vitamin B-9 available on the market today.

I was dairy free for a long time. I live in nyc and wanted something Organic quick to add to add coffee tea and cereals that has a long shelf life and wasn’t a nut or coconut product.and not low fat ( my mom used to use “alba” and I just can’t.... I would like to look into more of the processing and could speak more to that at a later date - but over all - loving it
