Description
Marshmallow Root Powder Extract comes from the Althaea officinalis plant is used to help reduce Urinary Tract Imbalances and kidney blockages, breathing concerns, dry cough, and sore throats. Marshmallow Root may also assist with heartburn symptoms, indigestion, loose stool, and has an overall calming effect on the digestive system. Marshmallow root can ease all types of stomach issues like sores or reflux and is a tannish colored powder. PFL Non-GMO Pesticide Free powder extracts are not ETO Treated or Gamma Irradiated. Some typically gummy, oily or damp extracts require an anti-caking agent to maintain its powder form. Non-GMO and/or Organic Tapioca maltodextrins are typically used, in as small amounts as possible. I was dairy free for a long time. I live in nyc and wanted something Organic quick to add to add coffee tea and cereals that has a long shelf life and wasn’t a nut or coconut product.and not low fat ( my mom used to use “alba” and I just can’t.... I would like to look into more of the processing and could speak more to that at a later date - but over all - loving it
