this is l-lysine monohydrochloride, it doesn't say monohydrochloride on the product page, but it does on the package, which is fine, but i just would've wanted to know.

I am Just staring up a bean to bar chocolate biz and am testing recipes. This week I made some white chocolate using this milk powder. It worked fabulous in my recipe and the chocolate tastes very creamy, like warmed milk.
I was dairy free for a long time. I live in nyc and wanted something Organic quick to add to add coffee tea and cereals that has a long shelf life and wasn’t a nut or coconut product.and not low fat ( my mom used to use “alba” and I just can’t....
