Irish Moss (Carrageenan) 4:1 Powder Extract has been acclaimed for its natural ability to thicken and stabilize foods, such as jellies, milks, and similar creamy blended products. Irish Moss is high in iron, calcium, and iodine, so is able to support those minerals not normally sourced in a typical daily diet. This ingredient may be also added to foods and beverages or smoothies and green drinks. It is a tannish-brown powder and has no fillers or binders, additives or preservatives.

I was dairy free for a long time. I live in nyc and wanted something Organic quick to add to add coffee tea and cereals that has a long shelf life and wasn’t a nut or coconut product.and not low fat ( my mom used to use “alba” and I just can’t.... I would like to look into more of the processing and could speak more to that at a later date - but over all - loving it
