Description
Inositol HexaNicotinate is used to lower elevated blood lipids, to promote circulation and to decrease blood clotting. Inositol HexaNicotinate is a form of niacin. However, unlike niacin, it doesn’t cause burning, flushing or redness in the face. Inositol HexaNicotinate is good to enhance cardiovascular health and may even raise HDL levels, or "good" saturated fat!
about 1/8 tsp = 500 mg of which 455 mg = Nicotinic Acid and 40 mg of Inositol

I was dairy free for a long time. I live in nyc and wanted something Organic quick to add to add coffee tea and cereals that has a long shelf life and wasn’t a nut or coconut product.and not low fat ( my mom used to use “alba” and I just can’t.... I would like to look into more of the processing and could speak more to that at a later date - but over all - loving it
