Hyaluronic Acid (Bovine) Powder, also known as Sodium Hyaluronate (HA), is polysaccharide with many nutrition benefits and is completely biocompatible. The molecule is made up of Glucuronic Acid and N-Acetyl-Glucosamine and may be found naturally in the upper and lower layers of the skin, cartilage, tissue, synovial fluid, tendons and ligaments. This is a Food Grade Medium Molecular Weight powder, which is most suitable for internal support and supplementation, as opposed to the High Molecular Weight, which is the most preferred formula for skin care purposes. Hyaluronic Acid is an organic compound that naturally helps to maintain tissue hydration and elasticity, as well as supporting healthy eyes and cartilage. This ingredient may be added to foods and beverages, cosmetics, or smoothies and green drinks. It is a pure white powder and has no fillers or binders, additives or preservatives.

I was dairy free for a long time. I live in nyc and wanted something Organic quick to add to add coffee tea and cereals that has a long shelf life and wasn’t a nut or coconut product.and not low fat ( my mom used to use “alba” and I just can’t.... I would like to look into more of the processing and could speak more to that at a later date - but over all - loving it
