Glucomannan Fiber from Konjac Root is the most viscous fiber available and is prized for its ability to produce a soft gel-like texture when combined with water. Glucomannan has been shown to help slow the absorption of glucose and assist those with blood sugar imbalances. Glucomannan Fiber may also be used as a food thickener and to naturally aid the process of digestion. It is a pure white powder and has no fillers, additives or preservatives.

I was dairy free for a long time. I live in nyc and wanted something Organic quick to add to add coffee tea and cereals that has a long shelf life and wasn’t a nut or coconut product.and not low fat ( my mom used to use “alba” and I just can’t.... I would like to look into more of the processing and could speak more to that at a later date - but over all - loving it
