Description
Ginger Root Extract (Zingiber Officinale) has been used for centuries around the world to assist the digestive process and help improve immune system function. The ginger root has additionally been found useful for motion sickness or nausea, menstrual pangs, and for oral care. This is the highest quality Ginger Root (5% Extract) available on the market in raw, powder form. This ingredient may be added to foods and beverages or smoothies and green drinks. It is a light-to-medium-brown powder. PFL Non-GMO Pesticide Free powder extracts are not ETO Treated or Gamma Irradiated. Some typically gummy, oily or damp extracts require an anti-caking agent to maintain its powder form. Non-GMO and/or Organic Tapioca maltodextrins are typically used, in as small amounts as possible. This is an extremely potent ginger extract that is more than adequate to give any product an exponential ginger boost in a way that ginger root powder cannot. Please be careful when you open it because the powder my travel into the air, forcing you to inhale it directly. Avoid that at all costs because this is not a product that you can take a casual whiff of due to its bonafide potency. My only complaint is that it is not organic.

I was dairy free for a long time. I live in nyc and wanted something Organic quick to add to add coffee tea and cereals that has a long shelf life and wasn’t a nut or coconut product.and not low fat ( my mom used to use “alba” and I just can’t.... I would like to look into more of the processing and could speak more to that at a later date - but over all - loving it
