Chanca Piedra, also known as "Stone Breaker" due to one of its most effective applications, has been used by the natives of South America for various uses over the centuries. Chanca Piedra contains numerous phytochemicals, including limonene, flavonoids, glycosides, alkaloids, lupeol, quercetin, rutin and saponins. Phytochemicals are strong antioxidants found in plants, and this species provides anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial properties as well.

I was dairy free for a long time. I live in nyc and wanted something Organic quick to add to add coffee tea and cereals that has a long shelf life and wasn’t a nut or coconut product.and not low fat ( my mom used to use “alba” and I just can’t.... I would like to look into more of the processing and could speak more to that at a later date - but over all - loving it
