Burdock Root Powder Extract (10:1 concentration) promotes skin health and is known for helping to reduce acne, boils, and oral sores. Burdock Root has been shown to reduce fever and is commonly used to ease sore throats and speed recovery from the common cold. We provide only the highest quality Burdock root powder (10:1 concentration) in raw, powder form available on the market today. This ingredient may be added to foods and beverages or smoothies and green drinks. It is a tan or light brown powder. PFL Non-GMO Pesticide Free powder extracts are not ETO Treated or Gamma Irradiated. Some typically gummy, oily or damp extracts require an anti-caking agent to maintain its powder form. Non-GMO and/or Organic Tapioca maltodextrins are typically used, in as small amounts as possible. If used, PFL will list it on our label. I was dairy free for a long time. I live in nyc and wanted something Organic quick to add to add coffee tea and cereals that has a long shelf life and wasn’t a nut or coconut product.and not low fat ( my mom used to use “alba” and I just can’t.... I would like to look into more of the processing and could speak more to that at a later date - but over all - loving it
