This is a great supplement. Not only does it improve your immune system, but it is also wonderful for sleep. For decades I have had a problem with sleep, intractable problems. With this, even taking it early in the day, I can sleep at night, and am feeling much better. I really love this herb.
The extract itself is of good quality, but the product contains too much maltodextrin. Apart from this, shipping is fast and service is very good.

I was dairy free for a long time. I live in nyc and wanted something Organic quick to add to add coffee tea and cereals that has a long shelf life and wasn’t a nut or coconut product.and not low fat ( my mom used to use “alba” and I just can’t.... I would like to look into more of the processing and could speak more to that at a later date - but over all - loving it
