Acetyl L-carnitine (ALC) is the acetyl ester of carnitine, an amino acid derivative. It is distributed throughout the central and peripheral nervous system. ALC is a powerful antioxidant that promotes healthy cognitive and cardiovascular funcion. ALC has been shown to reduce both physical and mental fatigue associated with aging. ALC can also help to maintain blood pressure levels already within normal range.

I was dairy free for a long time. I live in nyc and wanted something Organic quick to add to add coffee tea and cereals that has a long shelf life and wasn’t a nut or coconut product.and not low fat ( my mom used to use “alba” and I just can’t.... I would like to look into more of the processing and could speak more to that at a later date - but over all - loving it
